HP 5335 Universal Counter

The HP 5535 Universal Counter operates from DC to 100MHz. This universal system counter has a range of 0 – 200 Mhz. on Channel A and 0MHz-100MHz on channel B. The single shot time interval is better than 2ns, 100ps with averaging. There is are built in automatic rise time, duty cycle, pulse width, slew rate and phase measurements. Advanced triggering, HPIB, math and statistics are standard.
